Tailored Training Plans
​
Your training plan will be specifically designed to match your goals and the equipment you have available. I’ll regularly update and adjust your plan to keep you progressing throughout the program. Every 10 weeks, you’ll receive a new training plan to challenge your body, prevent plateaus, and keep things interesting.
Nutrition Guidance
​
I don't typically provide strict meal plans because they’re tough to stick with. Instead, I promote a flexible approach to nutrition where no food is off-limits. With access to over 200+ macro-friendly recipes, I'll equip you with the knowledge to create your own meals, including some of my favourite recipes, so you can make choices that align with your goals and handle social occasions or unexpected events.
Weekly Check-ins

I offer weekly check-ins via WhatsApp, email, or scheduled video calls. These sessions are an opportunity to review your progress, demonstrate exercises, ensure your form is correct, and discuss any concerns you may have. We’ll also set small goals for the week ahead to keep you moving forward.
Community Support
​
A support network is the hidden key to success, you are more likely to succeed when you have people around you to guide you, “Lyft” you up, and celebrate your successes.
You will have direct access to me for advice and guidance, regular check in’s for feedback and a private whatsapp group where you can talk to other clients, share recipes or hacks etc.
